These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website lisamariedesigncompany.com (the “Site”), operated by Lisa Marie Design Company LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Lisa Marie Design Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to your use of the Site itself. They do not by themselves form a design services agreement. Any project we undertake together is governed by a separate written design agreement signed by both parties.
Use of the Site
This Site is intended to introduce you to Lisa Marie Design Co. and our interior design services. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including by introducing viruses, malicious code, or excessive automated requests.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks.
• Scrape, harvest, or copy content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including written copy, photography, design renderings, portfolio images, logos, layouts, and project documentation, is owned by Lisa Marie Design Company LLC or used with permission. This content is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, share, and link to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Project photography featured in our portfolio may include third-party rights and is published with permission of the homeowners. Please respect those rights.
Submissions and Inquiries
When you submit a contact form, schedule a discovery call, or send us information through this Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only after we have signed a written design services agreement together.
Discovery Calls and Consultations
Discovery calls scheduled through our Site are informational conversations to help us both decide whether to move forward together. They do not constitute a contract for services. Anything discussed during a discovery call is preliminary and is subject to a formal written agreement.
No Professional Advice
Content on this Site, including blog posts, portfolio descriptions, and process explanations, is provided for general informational purposes. It is not professional advice and should not be relied on for specific design, construction, structural, electrical, mechanical, or code-related decisions. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lisa Marie Design Company LLC regarding your use of the Site.
