Lisa Marie Design Company LLC (“Lisa Marie Design Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website lisamariedesigncompany.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you visit our Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. This policy applies only to information collected through our Site. It does not apply to information you share with us through other channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, or written correspondence outside of our website.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you interact with our Site, you may voluntarily provide personal information, including:

Contact forms. Name, email address, phone number, project type, and any details you include in your message. Our contact forms are powered by Fluent Forms, a WordPress plugin that processes submissions on our hosting environment.

Scheduling. When you book a discovery call through our embedded Calendly widget, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any details you provide during scheduling. Calendly operates under its own privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.

Email correspondence. Any information you share with us at [email protected] or through our published contact addresses.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies, tags, and similar technologies. We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage these tools:

Google Tag Manager (GTM). Google Tag Manager is a tag management system we use to deploy and update measurement and analytics scripts on our Site. GTM itself does not collect personal information; it acts as a container that loads the tools listed below. You can learn more about GTM at marketingplatform.google.com/about/tag-manager.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our Site. GA4 collects information such as anonymized IP address, browser type, operating system, device category, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on each page, and on-page events such as clicks or form starts. We use this data in aggregate to improve our Site. You can learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Google Search Console (GSC). Google Search Console reports on how our Site appears in Google Search results, including aggregated impression, click, and ranking data tied to search queries. GSC data is collected by Google directly from search activity and does not involve tracking individual visitors on our Site. You can read Google’s documentation at support.google.com/webmasters.

Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our Site through session recordings, heatmaps, and click analysis. Clarity captures how you navigate, scroll, click, and interact with pages. It does not collect sensitive personal information such as passwords or payment details. You can learn more at clarity.microsoft.com/terms.
