I charge an hourly rate, so there are no surprises. You see all the invoices and costs and can set your budget where you are comfortable. I’m never going to push high end materials or furnishings on you if it’s not in your budget. I love finding a great deal and challenge myself to get “the look” for the lowest possible price.
