I heard another designer say that he always wants things to look like they are at least 100 years old, even when they are brand new. I love that idea of timeless design. That’s definitely what I was going for when I designed this farmhouse on a working cattle ranch. The best way to make something new look old, is to go with timeless materials and colors.
